Hey Everyone!!!
Well, today is my last Halloween here in Peru, and they really don`t do anything to celebrate. So there have been some big changes with this last transfer....
I MADE IT BACK TO WIESSE!!!! I am once again in the promise land! So on Monday, we got the phone call super late and the next morning I had to be in Wiesse. But wow, that day was such a joyful day!!! My area is right next to my old area and we share the same chapel.
During the week I was able to see my converts here and my members that are very special to me. I loved seeing their face and then the many hugs (from the men of course). Wow, the feelings that came back were amazing, it felt like a piece of heaven.
Now my new area is super awesome, it`s a gold mine. When I was here, they were baptizing like crazy. What`s super cool is that many recent converts here I interviewed about nine months ago. Some remember me as ¨ojos lindos¨ which means beautiful eyes. Looks like they haven`t forgotten the blue eyes.
But besides that so much has happened! We went back to the Mission Office for the marriage of two families (Independencia and Wiesse). It was a super special day! One I will not forget! Then this last Saturday we baptized these families and some others and it was really cool.
As well on Saturday, I was able to go to the temple! The Spirit was so strong and I got to know some new missionaries. Everything is really cool. We have three guys that will be baptized these next two weeks and they are super awesome. We have some more families to marry and baptize for the end of Noviembre. The people here are very receptive, I forgot how amazing it is here and now knowing how to work efficiently and intelligently. I will be ending my mission strong…not trunky or anything hahaha.
This last week there were three trembles or mini earthquakes, one of them caused the lights to go out in all of our area. On Friday night, there was a strong quake in Lima of 5 on the Richter Scale. That was the strongest that I have felt in all my time here in Lima. It`s pretty cool though, nothing to worry about.
I love each one of you and I pray for you!!!
Love,

Hey Everyone!
This week`s letter will be shorter. I am doing great and tonight I will know of the transfers and my new area and companion. I appreciate all of your letters and I love each one of you! This last week we had the privileged of hearing and being with Elder Godoy, the president of the area here. He was incredibly entertaining, funny, and spiritual. It was a really special day and then afterwards he had a special meeting with the leaders of the mission, it was something that I will never forget! We also had interviews with President Godfrey this last week which was awesome as well! But I love each one of you and appreciate everything that you do!
Love,
Elder Langfoss
