Buenos Dias,

Translation: I hope all is well with you. This week has been excellent! We are very encouraged by our area and also in the zone. But the truth is I cannot believe it's already a week has passed, time is going so fast! Well if you do not understand, sorry, but I love each of you!

Well that`ll be fun to translate in google translate hahaha. But I really hope that you are doing great! CRANKED out another week hahaha but it was hard but great. I am learning so much of myself from my companion, I feel myself coming closer to Him. This last week we had some meetings in the mission for the leaders which was super inspiring, got some pictures of it with Elder Morrell and Von Gunten.

On Saturday we had the privilege of baptizing Hermelinda and it was super special, a true disciple of Jesucristo. The Lord is blessing us so much. We are only finding the prepared people and found another family will be married and will be baptized this next month. In the lessons, the Spirit is super strong!! At the end both of them looked completely different and they said that they felt a relief from the world and a peaceful feeling. They felt the Spirit and are willing to do whatever it takes to have the accompany of Him always. That was pretty cool.

We are also baptizing a family and teaching another family in the same house. The grandpa of the family doesn`t want anything to do with us. But on Saturday night he approached us and said that he wanted to thank us. He said that he is seeing a huge different in his daughter and his grandchildren, there is so much more unity and love in his house. He said whatever it is, keep on doing it. That is the Spirit, we didn`t do anything and it was cool to see the Lord prepare the hearts of His children to receive the Gospel. I saw the scripture in Alma 13:24, ‘For behold, angels are declaring it unto many at thistime in our land; and this is for the purpose of preparingthe hearts of the children of men to receive his word at thetime of his coming in his glory. `` be fulfilled. So for everyone that is reading this letter: open your mouth and let the world see the light of Christo within you, and you will be the ``angels that are preparing God`s children. The blessings of doing so it super rewarding, the peace and joy that comes from it is like nothing else, in fact nothing else can replace this happiness, only the missionary work. It is my testimony of that, I have never felt so much love and happiness in my life and I am coming to know my Savior so that one day I will be able to inherit the kingdom of God! I love my calling and I love where I`m at.

I love each one of you and are always in my prayers!

Love,

Hey Everyone!

Another week done in the concrete jungle hahaha. Another week down! This last week were transfers and I am staying still here in Independencia. I am loving it here but man six transfers in one zone is a long time hahaha. But it`s all good.

We are teaching many amazing people and one of them is Hermelinda. She is a mom of a family that we have rescued, less active, and she is awesome! She has joined many churches and has many weird beliefs but on Tuesday we were able to teach with the Spirit super strong that she could not deny the Spirit. She prayed and at the end she said, ``I have to be baptized! `` She was in tears and it was a touching moment, then to see her daughter and grandson support her with their love and hugs. It was something super cool and this Saturday will be baptized. We have had many investigators in the church as well this last Sunday and we will be having many baptisms in this upcoming October. We are doing really well! And I am loving it here!!

I know it`s a little short this week`s letter, but I love you!!!

Love,

Hey Everyone!

I hope that everyone is doing great! This last week I officially passed the 18 MONTHES MARK! I cannot believe that I am already pass the 3/4 mark in my mission. I honestly wish that I start the mission over with the knowledge and experience that I now have. This time has been something that I have cherished more than anything else in my life. I have truly found out who I am and what I want in my life and thanks to this, I am truly happy, a happiness that only comes through coming unto Christ and accepting His will. This week has been one that I will never forget.

On Monday, we went to Plaza Norte and ate at Chili`s and Elder Von Gunten was there and also some of our converts came and that was awesome! The feelings you get in seeing the people that you have helped is something without comparison. And then this week has been super busy. We had many meetings with the leaders in the mission and president, and work visits with the assistants, I was with Elder Parra and was awesome!! We are finding people and the Lord is trusting us so much. There are families that we are now marrying and baptizing, and they are super prepared. We had a mission council with Presidente Godfrey and it was super long, 9am-5pm, but it was super inspiring. President is a true leader and is called from God! We ate cafe rio for lunch which was delicious. But although our week was super busy with all of these things, we worked super efficiently. We have only worked with the members and they love us. Yesterday at church, all of our less actives that we are rescuing came and as well as our investigators. We had 18 invest. in the church and was an answer to many kneeling prayers. There is such an excitement in the church and as well as a progress! We have many, many investigators that are preparing for baptism and it`s pretty awesome! On Sunday, a young man received his mission call and opened it in front of the ward. He will be serving in Colombia and it honestly feels like yesterday I opened my mission call with the family, the missionaries, brother Weatherford, and Bishop! Wow time flies!!

Thank you for all of your prayers and this week has been a turning point in our companionship, we are doing amazing! We have finally gelled and we are getting along super well and thank you for your prayers! Let`s see, this week our stake President got us papa johns and yeah nothing really more. I am happy to hear from you and I am always praying for you! I am always praying for our ward back at home and it`s leaders!

Love,

Elder Langfoss
