January 18, 2016 Message from Mom

Hi everyone,

Just to give you a little update with Grant. We were able to email with him this morning, however, he wasn't able to write a family letter this week.

Grant is getting over a virus that he has had for several weeks. He's been to the hospital and is working with the Mission president's wife of how to fight this virus. His fever and chills are gone now, but he still has a lingering cough and is exhausted all the time. He's been resting a lot, but feels so frustrated as he wants to be out doing the Lord's work.

Could you each keep Grant in your prayers especially at this time as he is recuperating and trying to rest and heal. I know the Lord loves his missionaries and will bless Grant. I also know that the power of prayer and fasting is real and will truly help Grant. He needs to feel this comfort and reassurance from us and from Heavenly Father.
